Linda is a versatile painter and inventive teacher now based at Project Workshops in Hampshire. Her Canadian beginnings are evident in the use of light and colour in her work and visits to Ontario may result in Canadian themes but most landscapes are of local subjects.
Her early work in life drawing and sculpture has lead to an interest in portraiture and recent works in water colours, oils and pastels are on display at her studio.
Linda’s horse riding days are grinding to a halt but she continues to do equine commissions and to draw and paint horses including her own ageing Arab.
“Time passes. Life presents a steady stream of tempting subjects.”
